Office Games

  Office Games  I remember one story of two NABARD CGMs..... One was the CGM in charge of a State Office Mr X Another was the Head Of Department -   Mr Y at the HO - Mr X had a habit of sleeping late and getting up late in the morning.. Mr Y had the habit of early to bed....early to rise...   One evening (night for Mr Y).....at 11 pm....Mr X telephoned Mr Y (who had already slept) and shared an issue which was of an urgent nature as per Mr X.....and not so urgent as per Mr Y.....   Of course, Mr Y was irritated.......and annoyed   He still coolly listened to the issue.....and then came the cool calm response......... . . . . . .Will it be alright Mr X if I respond to your query at sharp 5 am tomorrow morning ☺️ 😁   And Hierarchy !! Cholle and Me ! The Quest.

But keep looking around for the moment when I can say happily that I have this time and in this moment again tasted the Cholle I really looked for all these years., these are Chanas or Chickpeas to many but Cholle to me and many in the North West For those who do not know, it’s an Indian chickpeas curry, especially popular in northern parts of India. Chole is made with soaking chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans) overnight and then cooking them with onions, tomatoes and spices to make a really flavourful curry. There are many ways in which you can make chole, and there’s no really right or wrong way of making them. Some people make chole without tomatoes, some make them without onions. Some people use basic spices in their chole while others use “chole masala” which is a special blend of spices. No two houses in India will probably have the same recipe for chole. Is there a case to classify straw as a produce for a specific purpose

  Is there a Case to formally include Straw as an Agriculture Produce under the Agricultural Marketing Infrastructure Component of the ISAM of the MOA, GOI . Dinesh K Kapila A couple of progressive farmers from Southern Punjab, who are interested in promoting scientific farming amongst fellow farmers, of course backed by an entrepreneurial mindset, have discussed this with me. These progressive farmers were motivated to take up the cause of minimising the practice of burning straw, specially paddy straw, post harvesting. Some of them, including their associates, coordinated their set of actions and initiatives with the   Govt of India programmes in the field and the State Governments of Punjab and Haryana, as appropriate. In addition they state or rather inform that they have coordinated with the Associations of Farmers and the Media and the Universities to drive the process of change.
