  Rural & semi-urban India: India’s next generation economic growth hotspot – Broad Points – For Enabling Discussions. The perspective for the future in terms of economic growth, that of Rural and Semi Urban India, cannot be a next five years perspective. Considering our present day challenges, it should be ideally assessed from the next twenty five years for India or for that matter any State in India.
