We also have the answers being found in financial re-engineering, digitization and computerization. The latest being of computerisation of Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS) and integrating the process with the District Central Cooperative Banks and the State Cooperative Banks. These are well thought out initiatives and policy decisions. But will they suffice. These are initiatives which will certainly yield results but somewhat below the line of what is really envisaged or expected.
