Now this is a somewhat gray area for most founders, they often overlook this. Or leave it to advisors. I am going to emphasise here that my coverage will be based on what I know, perceive and observe, specially as regards Ethics. The typical founder is so involved in raising resources, deploying manpower, meeting investors and fire fighting, that the legal side or aspects get lower attention.
